Job summary

A leading packaging company in Selangor is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support its sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will handle enquiries and complaints, process orders, and coordinate deliveries, ensuring excellent service, especially for Mandarin-speaking customers. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and be proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. This role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, along with a positive attitude toward learning.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support our sales and operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, coordinating across departments, and delivering excellent service—especially to Mandarin-speaking customers.

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and requests professionally and promptly via phone, email, and other channels.

Process customer orders accurately, including order intake, system key-in, and fulfilment coordination.

Work closely with the Sales team to support enquiries, quotations, and customer follow-ups.

Coordinate with the Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Verify that all orders comply with allocated quantities, approved pricing, and company policies.

Analyse orders and pricing data to identify abnormalities, discrepancies, or potential issues, and highlight them proactively.

Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, machines, and applications to provide accurate information and suitable recommendations to customers.

Prepare and process Credit Notes and Debit Notes when required.

Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting for customer service activities.

Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support Mandarin-speaking customers.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work systematically and pay attention to detail.

Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure.

Proactive, responsible, and tactful when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of order processing, reporting, and customer service workflows.

Experience or knowledge in SAP and WIBS systems is an added advantage.

Knowledge of e-marketing or online platforms will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong motivation and a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

Must be willing to work in Banting, Selangor (near KLIA / Sepang)
