• Must possess at least a degree in any field, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience in logistics or freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service and communication with customers for shipments.
• Daily import/export coordination and correspondence with clients and service providers.
• Prepare required documents for export/import shipments.
• Build rapport with agents, carriers, and service providers.
• Work with the team to meet KPI standards according to company procedures.

Job description

Perform customer service in communicate with Customers for shipments arrangement.

Daily Ocean Export & Import coordination & corresponding with clients. service providers and internal team.

Prepare required documents for Export/Import shipment.

Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with agents, carriers, co-loaders and service providers.

Perform and ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.

Work with the team on meeting KPI standards, as per the company's procedures.

Requirements :

Candidate must posses at least a degree any field (preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management).

Candidates fluent in mandarin speaking is preferred as the role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients and China Agent's.

Preferably with at least min 1 - 2 years’ working experience in logistics industry or Freight Forwarding
