Role Overview:
Advise customers on technical aspects of our products while ensuring smooth order processing and excellent service delivery through bilingual support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and support.

Oversee complete customer order lifecycle.

Coordinate cross-functional team efforts.

Manage customer relationships and feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

Technical education or equivalent experience.

Professional Chinese and English skills.

Adaptable to shift-based schedules.

Salary Structure:

Fixed allowances: RM 400 transport + RM 500 language (post-probation)

Total monthly: RM 5,200 – RM 6,000
