Position: Executive / Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  3. Process customer orders, returns, and requests accurately.
  4. Coordinate with operations, sales, and billing teams to resolve service issues.
  5. Maintain and update customer records in the system.
