A leading service provider in Malaysia seeks a motivated Customer Service Consultant to contact new customers and arrange appointments for treatments. Ideal candidates are young, energetic, and possess excellent communication skills. Although no prior experience is required, experience in sales or customer interaction will be advantageous. The role offers flexible working hours, a base salary of RM 2,500, and various employee benefits including medical leave and free treatments quarterly.
Position: Customer Service Consultant
Working Hours: Mon - Sat, 11am - 7pm, Saturdays can wfh (Flexi working hours: +- 1 hr to & off work)
Working Location: Level 10, Menara Skymind, 37, Jln Sultan Ahmad Shah, 10050 George Town, Pulau Pinang
Salary: RM 2,500 (Basic)
Commission: RM30 / customers turn up for their appointment to outlet.
Guarantee pay: RM3000 for 6 months
