We are looking for a trustworthy, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual to join ourpawn shop teamas aCustomer Service Executive & Admin Executive. In this role, you will be the front liner of our business—

Requirements
  • Good communication skills inEnglish andBahasa Malaysia; ability to speakMandarin or other languages is a plus
  • MinimumSPM; Diploma or higher preferred
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • At least1–2 years of experience in administrative or customer service work is an advantage
  • Experience inpawn broking, jewelry, or retail industry is preferred
  • Computer literate – able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic systems
  • Presentable and polite, with anoutgoing personality and attention to detail
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays when required
Responsibilities
