A kitchen appliances company in Puchong is seeking a Customer Service Representative to address customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email. Responsibilities include managing orders, providing solutions, and compiling satisfaction reports. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high call volumes. Experience in customer service is preferred. This role is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth communication.
- Attend to all customer’ inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and orders via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Responsive to new and existing customers call for duty, addressing concerns and offer solutions.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Take in cancellations orders/ upgrade orders/ changes of orders.
- Answer questions about warranties/ terms of sale. Act as the company information centre.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service superior to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
