The Position

Job Summary:

As the Customer Partner Lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to drive innovative initiatives and overall coordination of all commercial activities for existing and new products and solutions, management of customer and sales data, and implementation of marketing campaigns to achieve the overall vision and goals for the assigned territory. You will manage key accounts, ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency, plan the annual budget, and forecast sales in line with RDMY business strategy.

In this role, you will help shape and enable the RDMY strategy and contribute to the overall iPDM Strategy.

You demonstrate a personal purpose of improving the healthcare ecosystem by thinking from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, to bring the best possible outcomes to the health environment; creating better health outcomes for more patients faster, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and outstanding partnering capabilities.

The Opportunity
  • Provide leadership with information on sales probability, emerging customer issues, and competitor data within your area. Guide the team on sales strategies aligned with overall goals.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor team members.
  • Identify opportunities and initiate activities in the territory to optimize ROI. Achieve team budget and develop effective growth plans.
  • Promote cross-functional communication, strategic and tactical planning to solve challenges and maximize revenue.
  • Understand market trends and conditions, develop long-term strategies, and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Build strategic engagement and partnerships with KOLs and stakeholders in key accounts, supporting their objectives to meet RDC business goals.
  • Identify customer needs, differentiate Roche offerings, and collaborate with Marketing to define value propositions.
  • Be proactive during tender cycles and ensure timely participation.
Who you are

You are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Health, Science, or Medical disciplines from a reputable university.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven success record, including 1-2 years in management or leadership roles, with strong sales management skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results. Demonstrated leadership qualities such as confidence, good judgment, decision-making, active listening, flexibility, self-motivation, and the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, strategic thinking, solution-oriented approach, and results-driven mindset. Skills in prospecting, relationship building, and customer service.
  • Willingness and ability to travel interstate as required. Possession of a valid Malaysian driver’s license.
