Job summary

A leading retail company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Platform Administrator to manage user access and lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer insights and data analytics. Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential along with excellent project management abilities. This role offers the opportunity to integrate and optimize marketing strategies effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in a blend of technology stacks including various marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple user access rights and resources allocations.
  • Set up, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow between marketing platforms.
  • Segment users and analyze behavior to fit campaign objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, monitor campaign KPIs, and optimize accordingly.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Platform Administrator: To manage multiple user access rights, user maintenance, and resources allocations.
  • Project Managing, Execution & Monitoring: Set up, execute, and digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, web, Senheng App, and relevant on‑ground activities.
  • First Party Data Integrity: Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different marketing platforms and systems.
  • Users Segmentation & Personas: Create, maintain, and validate first‑party data users into segments and personas to fit campaign objectives, including analyzing users’ behavior across Senheng’s digital touchpoints.
  • Collaboration: Act as a traffic controller between internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and timely.
  • Testing & Optimizing: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing; monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, click‑through rates, conversions), and refine campaigns accordingly.
Education & Experience
  • Proficient in a blend of technology stacks, including CDP, Marketing Automation, Loyalty Management Systems, Analytics tools, Customer Engagement Platforms.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in customer insights, data & analytics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent.
Specific Skills
  • Good communication skills, both oral & written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of the latest Martech features.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
