Job summary

A leading technology and communications company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Credit Management Executive (AR Receipting) to ensure accurate customer payments and guide clients on payment methods. This role involves compliance with audit policies and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or business management and at least 3 years of experience in AR receipting. Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities are essential, as well as fluency in English.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Management or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AR Receipting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.) and good basic SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer payments are accurately updated in the system.
  • Guide customers on available payment methods and channels.
  • Maintain compliance with audit requirements and internal policies.

Skills

Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Management or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AR Receipting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.)
Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
Strong writing and communication skills with fluency in English
Knowledge or prior experience in Basic Accounting

We are looking for a Credit Management Executive (AR Receipting) who will be responsible for ensuring customer payments are accurately updated in the Singtel system. This role also involves guiding customers on available payment methods and channels, maintaining compliance with audit requirements and internal policies, and delivering a positive customer experience in all aspects related to AR receipting.

Make an Impact by:

  • Monitoring and ensuing fulfillment of end to end Receipting Activities, including but not limited to monitoring, reconciliation and rectification, collection vendor commission, for Singtel Group.
  • Monitoring and ensuing fulfillment of end-to-end Refund Activities, including but not limited to assessment, raising and providing supporting documents to refund request, for Singtel Group.
  • Monitoring and ensuing fulfillment of end-to-end GIRO Activities, including but not limited to assessment of form, sending rejection letters.
  • Preparation and submission of Audit Schedule, for Singtel Group.
  • Monitoring and ensuring various work Generic mailbox are cleared up to date.

Skills for Success:

  • Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of3years’ experience in AR Receipting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc) with good basic SAP knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skill and detail oriented.
  • Strong writing andcommunication skills with fluency in English.
  • Knowledge or prior experience in Basic Accounting will be an advantage.
