Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Malaysia is seeking a Credit Management Executive to manage consumer reports and policies. This role requires 2+ years of experience, preferably in the Telco industry. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and experience with CRM systems will be an advantage. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in Telco industry.
  • Knowledge or prior experience in CRM systems will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in reviewing policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Release credit blocks in the system and address requests.
  • Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and defect resolution.
  • Perform monthly invoice reconciliation.
  • Review weekly audit reports and reconcile consumer reports.
  • Manage ad-hoc data extractions to verify system functionality.
