On any given day, you will

• Lead the design of client-side engineering solutions, hand-coding everything from rapid prototypes to complex web pages and mobile experiences.
• Integrate your HTML-based content with other technologies, including web services, client back-end systems, and third-party Content Management Systems.
• Collaborate daily with visual designers, interaction designers, and software engineers to optimize the performance and fidelity of all front-end applications.
• Ensure your code is clean, performant, and compliant with the latest web standards.

The ideal person

• Is an expert in web standards, CSS-driven layouts, and a master of the DOM.
• Has a solid understanding of Responsive Design, Mobile First, and Progressive Enhancement.
• Has practical experience with build systems (like GULP or GRUNT) and version control (Git).
• Has a solid understanding of on-page SEO and Accessibility best practices.

You bring

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• A strong portfolio (from academic, internship, or personal projects) that demonstrates your skills in hand-coding HTML, CSS, and CSS Preprocessing (LESS/SASS).
• A proven ability to work closely with Visual and UX Designers to bring a vision to life.
• A solid understanding of BEM (Block Element Modifier) methodologies.
• Familiarity with frontend integration concepts (with languages like .Net, PHP, EmberJS, or AngularJS) is a major plus.
• Knowledge of Social Media application integrations (Meta, TikTok, XHS, Twitter, etc.).
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• The ability to follow technical specifications and production processes precisely.
