Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and sending email marketing campaigns.
• Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email automation workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement suggestions.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for training programs and internal events.
• Ensure all campaigns align with brand identity and business goals.
• Manage and update the company’s Telegram channel with engaging content.
• Monitor audience engagement and optimize posting strategies.
• Create persuasive copywriting for emails, Telegram posts, and campaign materials.
• Ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and consistent with brand standards.
• Collect and analyze data from digital campaigns (email, social media, Telegram, etc.).
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Desired Skills & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, analytics tools, social media).
