Job description
1) Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling

In charge of the overall creative direction across all brands and platforms.

Includes:

  • Define and drive creative direction, visual language, and brand storytelling
  • Translate marketing strategy into clear creative concepts and messaging
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
  • Guide marketing messages to be on‑brand, audience‑relevant, and emotionally engaging
  • Own the “look & feel” of campaigns (not just design, but meaning)
2) Brand Governance & Creative Standards
  • Own and enforce brand guidelines (visuals, tone, messaging)
  • Ensure consistency across digital, offline, events, packaging, POSM, social media
  • Review and approve key creative outputs before release
  • Evolve brand standards as the business grows
  • Lead campaign ideation from concept to execution
  • Develop creative frameworks for launches, promotions, events, and content
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure ideas are commercially effective, not just visually attractive
  • Ensure creative ideas support business and sales objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and guide designers, videographers, content creators, and agencies
  • Set clear creative briefs, directions, and quality benchmarks
  • Balance creativity with practicality, timelines, and resources
  • Review work constructively and raise overall creative standards
5) Content & Platform Oversight

Oversee creative output across:

  • E-commerce visuals
  • Events, roadshows, and activations
  • Ensure content is platform‑appropriate and audience‑specific
6) Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical/Regulatory (if applicable), and Management.

Translate complex information (e.g. clinical, technical) into clear and engaging content.

Support campaigns, product launches, and events creatively.

7) Trend Awareness & Creative Innovation
  • Stay updated on design, content, and digital trends
  • Introduce new formats, styles, and storytelling approaches where relevant
  • Continuously improve creative effectiveness and efficiency
8) Hands‑On Contribution

Be prepared to contribute hands‑on when required (concepting, reviews, key visuals).
