Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, or related field. 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within event management, marketing, advertising, or agency settings.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or senior creative role.
Design & Technical Skills
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and/or similar professional design tools.
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design is an advantage.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic visual thinking.
Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Excellent creative direction and project leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and creative strategy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the creative & design team to produce high‑quality visuals.
  • Develop and oversee creative concepts for events, campaigns, booths, fabrication, advertising collateral, and digital content.
  • Drive the visual brand strategy for Qlic Solution and its clients across online and on‑ground platforms.
  • Collaborate with project managers, marketing, and production teams to ensure creative output meets deadlines and quality standards.
  • Engage in client presentations and creative pitches, clearly communicating design concepts and ideas.
  • Conduct creative market research to identify trends and insights that enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
  • Maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and internal creative standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders for production needs and materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate design performance, iterating on creative solutions to improve campaign impact.
  • Represent the design department in strategic planning meetings.
