We are seeking a talented and driven Creative & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at FERRIS Sportfolio Swimming Academy. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's creative and business development initiatives, with a focus on expanding our presence in the Kajang Selangor and Mantin Negeri Sembilan market.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to promote our swimming academy and attract new students
• Creating engaging content, including social media posts, website updates, and promotional materials, to showcase our services and build brand awareness
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, such as partnerships with local schools, community centres, and other organisations
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation
• Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to the leadership team on business development initiatives
