Creative Associate (Content Creator & Client Communications)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly communicative candidate who can act as the key bridge between clients and our internal team. This role requires strong logical thinking, excellent time management, and clear communication skills to understand client needs accurately and convey them internally. The candidate will also assist in planning content, preparing scripts, and supporting creative direction for marketing materials, social media posts, and videos.

Client Coordination & Communication
  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and feedback clearly.
  • Interpret client requirements logically and present them clearly to the internal team.
  • Follow up with clients for clarification and confirmation of project directions.
  • Coordinate project timelines with clients to ensure tasks stay on schedule.
  • Require to attend physical or non-physical meeting with clients.
Copywriting & Digital Content Creation
  • Write and edit marketing copy, captions, website content, and product descriptions.
  • Create short-form content such as product highlights, behind-the-scenes clips, and basic video edits.
  • Write scripts for posts, videos, websites, and campaign content based on client direction and project needs.
  • Ensure all copy is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand tone.
  • Work together with project teams to ensure content follows creative direction.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming and assist in preparing basic proposals or presentations.
  • Provide logical input to help refine ideas so they are easy for both client and internal team to understand.
  • Coordinate internal timelines to keep project progress on track.
Community Engagement & Reporting
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries across social media platforms.
  • Track content performance and provide simple insights for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Creative Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in content creation, copywriting, social media, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong writing and communication skills are welcome).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and basic content planning.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong logical thinking — able to understand client messages quickly and express them clearly.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks or content schedules.
  • Good timeline management skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed on schedule.
  • Able to collaborate well with internal teams to support content direction.
