What You Will Do

1. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Own BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms — from tone to typography.

  • Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messaging.

  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns that connect with users and drive growth.

  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and more.

2. Creative Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators.

  • Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and quality under tight deadlines.

  • Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-ownership culture within the creative team.

3. Execution & Optimization

  • Build and manage creative workflows balancing speed, quality, and scalability.

  • Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to execute key campaigns.

  • Use data to iterate, optimize, and scale high-performing creative.

  • Stay updated on industry and creative trends to keep BJAK relevant and fresh.

  • Proven experience leading creative teams and providing actionable, inspiring feedback.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, e‑commerce, or high‑growth consumer brands.
