About the job

• Provide administrative support for procurement, cost, and contract administration at assigned projects, including processing consultant claims, contractor payments, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Assisting with pre-contract work like tender opening and interviews, and following up on contract-related administrative matters and tender submissions.
• Arranging and conducting site valuations, managing project records and filing, and attending both client/consultant and site meetings.
