Overview

Require to support the strategic planning and execution process for the region

Provide support on projects such as market entry assessments, new business models, and business improvement initiatives

Require to conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Facilitation
    • Assist in the strategic planning process
    • Help design and support strategy workshops with management team
    • Ensure alignment of country-level strategies with regional and global objectives
  • Performance Management & Strategy Execution
    • Support the monitoring of KPIs, strategy scorecards, and progress against initiatives
    • Help track execution of strategic projects and identify areas for improvement
    • Contribute to preparation of regular updates for senior management
  • Strategy Projects & Business Development
    • Provide support on projects such as market entry assessments, new business models, and business improvement initiatives
    • Assist in analysis and coordination for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures
    • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
    • Develop structured competitive intelligence reports and benchmarking analyses
    • Maintain a repository of insights for strategic decision-making
    • Prepare management reports, board presentations, and briefing materials
    • Support the continuous improvement of strategy processes, tools, and templates
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics
  • 1-3 years Working Experience in Corporate / Business Analytics or Consultancy
  • Competency in Business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good English language competency and other language will be an added advantage
  • Strong presentation skills (Microsoft Office - PPT, XLS, and Power BI)
