Corporate Secretarial, Operation Manager

Lead the delivery of corporate secretarial services for diverse client entities across jurisdictions. Ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction through standardized processes, technology enablement, and strong governance frameworks.

1) Client Service Delivery
  • Act as the regional lead for corporate secretarial services to clients.
  • Manage end-to-end entity lifecycle for client portfolios (incorporation, restructuring, compliance filings, liquidation).
  • Ensure timely and accurate filings across jurisdictions per client SLAs.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for complex governance issues.
2) Operational Excellence
  • Design and implement standardized SOPs for service delivery across client accounts.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs for turnaround times, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Drive automation and digitization
3) Client Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Tax).
  • Conduct quarterly service reviews and compliance health checks.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for additional governance services.
4) Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements for all client entities.
  • Maintain accurate statutory records and registers for client portfolios.
  • Support internal/external audits and provide compliance certifications.
5) Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a regional team of corporate secretarial professionals.
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple client accounts.
  • Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and client-centricity.
  • Oversee billing accuracy, cost control, and profitability for client engagements.
