Job Title: Legal Counsel, Senior Executive Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal support to the company’s insurance and takaful entities, focusing on managing commercial legal issues and insurance-business related matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, terms and conditions, and other binding documents, ensuring all business dealings are legally sound.
  • Advise on effective mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests.
