Job Description
  • Oversee compliance of legal entities with applicable laws and regulations across various jurisdictions;
  • Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
  • Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
  • Coordinate the work of local law firms and corporate service providers in various jurisdictions;
  • Carry out research in the business unit's specialist field;
  • Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.
Preferences
  • University degree;
