Job description

Ninja Mart is one of Ninja Van’s newest business units, operating as a startup within a scale-up. We leverage Ninja Van’s logistics network, data capabilities, and regional expertise to disrupt the FMCG distribution landscape through speed, efficiency, and innovation.

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for shaping, prioritising, and driving the overall assigned portfolio for Ninja Mart Malaysia across commercial, operations, data, and finance streams. This role acts as a central orchestrator, aligning cross‑functional teams toward shared business outcomes including revenue growth, margin improvement, process efficiency, and operational hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Portfolio & Roadmap Ownership
  • Own and manage the assigned portfolio roadmap across Process Operations, Data, Finance Operations, Commercial, and Operations teams
  • Prioritise, sequence, and track initiatives aligned to annual business goals
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-impact initiatives with clear performance tracking
  • 2. Operating Rhythm & Governance
  • Establish and run regular cross-functional cadences including syncs, KPI reviews, and escalation forums
  • Provide structured progress reporting and visibility to leadership on key performance indicators
  • 3. Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Drive alignment across teams on shared KPIs such as operating margin, tool adoption (ITO, SFA, DMS), and data centralisation
  • Translate high-level business objectives into measurable, team‑level targets
  • 4. Project Delivery
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects including process audits, SOP development, business continuity planning, insights generation, and sales-related initiatives
  • Track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure quality outcomes
  • 5. Process & Operational Hygiene
  • Monitor and improve core operational hygiene through process reviews, risk mitigation, and SOP/dashboard adoption
  • Drive deprecation of manual or legacy tools and improve documentation standards
  • 6. Data & Insights Enablement
  • Partner closely with the Data team to develop centralised dashboards, metrics, and insights for Commercial and Operations teams
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through timely and actionable reporting
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate account management, strategy & operations, or a similar role within the FMCG or related industry
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional portfolios with P&L impact
  • Strong capability in KPI decomposition, roadmap planning, and stakeholder influence
  • Excellent structured communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Strong in Strategic thinking with strong execution capability, Stakeholder management and influence without authority, Structured, data-driven decision-making, Bias for action in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu
