We are seeking a dynamic and committed Program Coordinator (PC) for the Bachelor of Chiropractic (Hons) program to provide academic and clinical leadership, with strong emphasis on clinical sciences, diagnostic and examination skills, manual therapy techniques, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered care. The role encompasses teaching, clinical skills training, curriculum development, competency‑based assessment, student supervision, program coordination, and participation in applied clinical research, in compliance with professional and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Bachelor of Chiropractic program.
  • Design, review, and update courses/modules to align with curriculum standards, accreditation requirements, and clinical competency outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and quality assurance bodies.
  • Embed evidence‑based practice, global chiropractic standards, and transferable clinical skills within the curriculum.
Teaching & Learning
  • Plan, deliver, and assess courses using student‑centred, case‑based, and clinically integrated approaches.
  • Conduct lectures, practical sessions, clinical skills laboratories, and simulation‑based learning.
  • Train students in history taking, physical examination, clinical reasoning, and manual therapy techniques.
  • Develop and implement competency‑based assessments, including OSCEs and structured clinical evaluations.
Student Development & Clinical Exposure
  • Provide academic advising, mentoring, and clinical guidance to students.
  • Coordinate clinical placements, internships, and experiential learning to enhance graduate employability.
  • Support students’ professional development, ethical practice, and clinical confidence.
Research & Scholarly Activities
  • Conduct and collaborate in applied clinical research in chiropractic or related health sciences.
  • Publish and present research findings in academic or professional forums.
  • Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and serve as examiner where required.
  • Contribute to strengthening the faculty’s clinical research culture and output.
Professional Development & Consultancy
  • Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to maintain clinical and academic competence.
  • Provide consultancy or advisory services in chiropractic and musculoskeletal health, where appropriate.
  • Coordinate academic and operational activities of the chiropractic program.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with clinical centres, teaching clinics, industry partners, and professional bodies.
  • Assist in securing research grants and external funding.
  • Perform academic and administrative duties as assigned by the Dean.
Required Qualifications
  • A Doctoral degree, or a Master’s degree together with a Bachelor’s degree in the Chiropractic discipline, with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional (clinical) experience, including teaching experience.
