Job description

Assist in taking-off quantities from drawings and specifications for various trades.

Support in building up rates, cost estimation, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ).

Compile and prepare tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to gather required information for tender submissions.

Assist in evaluating supplier/subcontractor quotations and preparing comparison sheets.

Post-Contract

Support the Senior Contract Executive in monitoring project costs, variations, and progress claims.

Assist in preparing valuation reports, cost updates, and documentation for ongoing projects.

Help maintain proper contract documentation, records, and filing systems.

Liaise with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors on contract-related matters.

Assist in preparing final accounts and contract close-out documents.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, measurement methods, and contract administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
