Review and assess user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio, to ensure it complies with our content guidelines and policies
Enforce content policies consistently and fairly, taking appropriate action on content that violates guidelines, which may include content removal, warnings, or escalating issues to higher management
Verify the accuracy of information in content submissions, checking for factual errors, plagiarism, and misleading information
Stay up-to-date with changing content policies and guidelines, and ensure all content adheres to legal and regulatory requirements
Communicate with users to provide guidance on content policy violations, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain accurate records of content reviews, actions taken, and any relevant user interactions, ensuring proper documentation for audit and reporting purposes
Provide feedback and insights to improve content policies, guidelines, and the review process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, customer support, and moderation teams, to resolve complex content-related issues
Stay informed about emerging content trends and threats on the internet to proactively identify and address potential issues
