Job description

We are hiring a Content & RED Lead to own content strategy, ideation, storyboarding, AI-powered scaling, and execution leadership across all Healthland social media platforms — including Xiaohongshu (RED), Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok, and others.

While this role will operate across multiple platforms, RED will be the primary focus channel for organic discovery growth — supported by consistent storytelling across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

You will build and lead a high-output content engine that strengthens brand trust, drives engagement, and supports outlet growth across all locations.

This role:

  • Decide what content gets posted
  • Build storyboards and content systems
  • Use AI to scale output
  • Lead a team of Content / RED Executives to post consistently
  • Ensure content drives enquiries, bookings, and revenue

This is not a branding or influencer role. Creativity must translate into measurable business results.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Content Ideation & Storyboarding
  • Design content pillars aligned to sales goals
  • Create clear storyboards for short-form videos and posts
  • Define hooks, angles, and CTAs
  • Refresh ideas weekly based on performance data
2. AI-Driven Content Scaling
  • Use AI tools to generate captions, hooks, and localisation
  • Build AI prompt libraries and workflows
  • Train team members to use AI tools correctly
  • Lead and manage 2-5 Content / RED Executives
  • Review and approve content
  • Enforce SOPs and posting discipline
4. SOP & System Ownership
  • Maintain content SOPs, templates, and filming guides
  • Understand search-driven discovery and tourist intent
6. Conversion Alignment
  • Work with CRM and ads teams
