Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Malaysia is seeking a content moderator for a food delivery platform. You'll manage editing tasks, ensure compliance with merchant requirements, and maintain quality standards in menu creation. Candidates should possess at least SPM/O Level and have strong communication skills in English and Chinese. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This role is based on-site at Sunway Visio, Cheras.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least an SPM/O Level/UEC or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work at the Sunway Visio, Cheras office.
• Able to write and communicate in English.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications, and Google platforms.
• Minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
• Proficiency in Chinese, simple Cantonese, and able to read Traditional Mandarin.
