- Create graphic and video content for social media platforms (organic and paid), digital ads, and always-on brand communications.
- Produce short-form videos, motion assets, and static visuals tailored to platform requirements (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, DOOH, website).
- Adapt campaign assets into multiple formats, ratios, and versions to support media rollouts and optimization.
Media & Campaign Content Support
- Support integrated marketing campaigns by producing content for paid media, branded content, and digital partnerships.
- Develop content assets aligned to campaign objectives, messaging frameworks, and media strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and media teams to meet timelines and content specifications.
CRM & EDM Design
- Design EDMs, banners, and CRM visuals for Bata Club campaigns, promotions, and member communications.
- Translate campaign messaging into clear, engaging layouts optimized for mobile and digital consumption.
- Support content refreshes and variations to improve engagement and performance.
Video & Motion Graphics
- Edit and produce short-form videos using existing footage, product images, and campaign materials.
- Create simple motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and animated elements to elevate storytelling.
- Ensure video content is optimized for digital performance, attention, and clarity.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Ensure all content aligns with Bata’s brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice.
- Maintain consistency across Malaysia and Singapore while supporting localized content adaptations.
- Review and refine visuals to ensure accuracy, quality, and on‑brand execution before release.
Content Management & Workflow
- Manage multiple content requests and deadlines in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
- Organize content files, templates, and assets for efficient collaboration and reuse.
- Support content trackers, timelines, and basic post‑campaign reviews when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital content design, preferably in retail, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or digital agencies.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of social media formats, digital media requirements, and content best practices.
- Ability to create both static and video content with strong attention to layout, motion, and storytelling.
- Comfortable working at speed with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Creative, adaptable, and attuned to local consumer and digital content trends.
