Job description

1) Content Creator

• Must be fluent in BM, if able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• Create engaging short‑form content (video, photo, LIVE snippets) aligned with brand direction
• Plan, shoot, and edit content for TikTok and other social platforms
• Follow content briefs while adding creative ideas and trending formats
• Ensure content is posted on time and meets quality standards
• Most importantly love makeup!

2) KOL Business Development

• Source and identify suitable KOLs, creators, and affiliates that align with the brand’s image and campaign goals
• Conduct outreach and build long‑term relationships, acting as the main point of contact for collaborations
• Manage end‑to‑end KOL collaborations including briefing, content or LIVE coordination, and deliverable tracking
• Negotiate collaboration terms such as rates, commissions, or barter deals and manage campaign budgets
• Ensure collaborations run smoothly and contribute to brand awareness and sales

3) Admin

• Preferred Chinese candidates
• Daily administrative and clerical tasks (filing, record keeping, data entry)
• Preparing reports, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office
• Assisting with basic accounting tasks, invoice processing, and inventory management
• Completing tasks assigned by supervisors
• Must love and know how to do makeup
• Host TikTok LIVE sessions to promote products and drive sales
• Present products clearly, engage with viewers, and answer questions confidently
• Follow LIVE scripts, promotions, and campaign objectives
• Encourage conversions through strong call‑to‑actions and audience interaction
