At BON Estates, we are seeking a talented and imaginative Content Creator (Executive) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about crafting meaningful and visually captivating content. You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos, graphics, and written content in English & Chinese that highlight the elegance, lifestyle, and values behind our property developments.

Your work will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence across social media and digital platforms, enhancing audience connection, and supporting the overall impact of our marketing and communication efforts.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and original content for a variety of channels, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that meet business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Graphic Design: Use design tools to create visual content, such as infographics, banners, and social media graphics.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns including both online and offline channels.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, sales, and product to align content efforts with overall marketing initiatives. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to inform future content strategies and improvements.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines, tone, and style.
  • Insight Gathering: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to ensure all content remains relevant, engaging, and highly impactful.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a creative related field.
  • Min 2 years working experience.
  • Proven experience in a creative marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns (online and offline).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, video shooting & editing and software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to converse, read and write in Mandarin would be the added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
