Job description
Responsibilities
  • Define Construction QA/QC plan framework & enabling site implementation for it.
  • Deliver training and coaching to site inspectors and project teams to build quality competence.
  • Introduce innovative and industry-leading QA/QC best practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Define and standardize QA/QC systems across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, ISO 9001, GMP, and food industry‑specific requirements.
  • Engage as a hands‑on SME to enable the effective implementation of QA/QC systems at the site level, ensuring practicality and compliance.
  • Develop Construction QA/QC standards, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and construction quality assurance & quality plans and handover to site QC inspector at execution phase.
  • Arrange and deliver structured training programs for QA/QC site inspectors to build technical capability, ensure consistent application of standards, and promote a culture of quality.
  • Track quality KPIs (e.g., NCR trends, inspection compliance, audit findings) across all active projects, identify systemic issues/ risk, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Bring in digital solutions and formats for Site KPI reporting with user friendly applications.
  • Mentor and support QA/QC site inspectors through regular engagement, technical guidance, field visit if & as any other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions & Requirements
  • Able to travel for project site work/vendor workshop, if in need.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak workload.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments & adapt communication styles.
  • Must adhere to all site‑specific HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols, including use of PPE.
  • Challenge to work under pressure and deliver the work with good team spirit.
Education

Bachelor Degree of Mechanical/Civil Engineering

Experience
  • 12–15 years of experience in construction QA/QC, with at least 5 years in industrial or food‑grade projects.
  • Experience working with third‑party inspection agencies.
Skills
  • Experience with QA/QC dashboards, inspection tracking systems, and mobile inspection apps.
  • Familiarity with data‑driven quality reporting, KPI visualization, and digital NCR management.
  • Strong command of technical documentation, inspection reports, and audit records.
