● Project Oversight: Manage and supervise daily construction activities. Ensure safe, quality execution per schedule.

● Progress Claims: Assess, measure, and value completed works on-site. Review and recommend approval for contractor progress claims.

● Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Site Team (Engineers, Surveyors, QHSET) for technical supervision and resource utilization.

● Issue Resolution: Conduct daily/weekly coordination meetings with the contractor to proactively resolve immediate site issues.
