Job description

This job is all about ensuring that companies can connect smoothly to our services. You might like this job because you’ll manage the setup process and solve problems directly with tech teams, making sure everything runs seamlessly.

• Oversee the last-mile onboarding process of carriers into AirTrunk’s JHB sites, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of connectivity services.
• Manage customer connectivity requirements including conduit alignment, POE compliance, and adherence to CAAs.
• Provide hands‑on support and supervision during carrier installations to resolve technical issues on-site.

Job Requirements

• Act as the primary liaison between carriers, their contractors, customer connectivity implementation teams, and AirTrunk internal teams (Development, Operations, Facilities Management) and General Contractor.
• Support in the follow through on customer‑specific connectivity requirements.
• Build effective dashboards and provide analysis/reporting on connectivity solutions and progress.
