Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Training & Conference Producer to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This role is ideal for an energetic individual with a passion for event management and a proven ability to deliver impactful training and conference experiences. You will play a crucial role in conceptualising, developing, and executing a diverse range of events that shape the future of the property development sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Conceptualisation & Production: Assist in the research, conceptualisation, planning, and production of training programs, conferences, seminars, and webinars from inception to completion.
  • Project Management: Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budgeting, speaker liaison, and delegate management.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute promotional strategies to effectively market events to target audiences, driving registrations and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate and communicate effectively with VVIPs, speakers, sponsors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Operational Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth daily functioning of the department.
  • Strategic Contribution: Actively contribute to strategic discussions and operational improvements within the organisation, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
  • Client & Vendor Relations: Handle customer inquiries, manage sales calls, and conduct follow-ups with potential attendees and partners.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for new event topics and formats.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in conference production or corporate event management (across any industry). Experience in organizing corporate events is a significant advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
