Character Concept Artist [Mandarin Speaking]

Job Responsibilities

• Design characters, monsters, and pets based on the game genre, theme, and art style, and establish visual templates and design standards.
• Create character concept art suitable for efficient 3D modeling, and support quality optimization for the 3D production pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other artists to accurately interpret creative briefs and ensure high-quality in-game implementation.
• Participate in outsourcing reviews and feedback, ensuring the quality and progress of external deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required.
• Diploma or above in Art, Design, or related fields, with strong foundational skills in drawing and visual arts.
• 2+ years of experience in character concept art, with full familiarity of the end-to-end character design pipeline.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Eagerness to learn, with a good sense of current visual trends, strong aesthetics, and original creative thinking.
