Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Responsibility Business Alliance (RBA) standards, including labor, ethics, health & safety, and environmental requirements.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) across departments.
- Plan, conduct, and document internal audits to evaluate process effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive action plans with relevant departments.
- Support audit readiness and represent the company during third-party and customer audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and international standards.
- Train employees on compliance-related topics, including audit requirements and code of conduct.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in compliance practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, internal auditing, or quality management systems.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards and code of conduct.
- Strong familiarity with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (others like ISO 27001 or SA8000 are a plus).
- Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent audit training is highly preferred.
- Experience in planning, conducting, and reporting internal audits.
- Ability to assess compliance risks and recommend corrective / preventive actions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in handling non-conformities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit management software/tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently or within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin in order to have smooth conversation to internal team and Taiwan support team.
