Compliance Admin (Corporate Secretarial Support)

We are expanding and looking for a Compliance Admin to support our Corporate Secretarial Department. This role is suitable for fresh graduates. Full training provided.

Job Description
  • Collect KYC documents and assist in client onboarding
  • Prepare basic resolutions, minutes, and standard letters
  • Assist with MyCOID/MBRS submissions (incorporation, changes of officer/address)
  • Update compliance calendar and assist in Annual Return preparation
  • Maintain statutory registers and digital minute books
  • Assist in share matters – transfers, e-stamping (LHDN STAMPS), share certificates
  • Prepare bank-related documents (mandates, account opening forms, signatory updates)
  • Organize and name files according to SOP, track acknowledgements
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax agents; manage e-signing follow-ups
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Good organization and time-management skills
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
