Job description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Company Secretary (Assistant / Executive / Senior) to join our team in Petaling Jaya Branch. If you’re seeking a challenge and a broad experience in corporate affairs, search no more!

Preparing directors’ resolutions, members’ resolutions, and other corporate documents for clients.

Dealings with SSM and other regulatory bodies.

In charge of handling clients’ secretarial records.

Supporting the planning and execution of General Meetings for clients.

Preparing Annual Returns, SSM forms, bank documents, letters in relation to corporate exercises.

Providing advisory services to clients on matters relating to the Companies Act, 2016.

Promptly respond to client’s inquiries and emails.

Handling ad‑hoc assignments when necessary and undertaking general administrative tasks as needed.

Preferably 2‑3 years working experience in a similar position.

Ability to work independently.

Proficient in the Companies Act, 2016.

Strong proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage (Candidates need to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking client).

Computer literate with knowledge of accounting and Microsoft Office.

Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency and with an enthusiastic personality in a fast‑paced environment.

Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
