Responsibilities

  • Write and distribute emails.
  • Assist in preparation of secretarial documents.
  • Prepare statutory documents requested by client.
  • Maintain filing documents and update statutory records.
  • Follow up on overdue payments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.

Skills

Proficiency in Malay
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Chinese
Excellent written e‑mail communication
Excellent in using Microsoft Office
