Manage emergency situations, such as rerouting or coordinating roadside assistance, to ensure service continuity.
Support flight ticketing arrangements by coordinating with appointed travel service providers, booking tickets, and monitoring service performance to ensure smooth arrangements for GN visitors.
Log trips, mileage, fuel or charging usage, visitor transport details, and flight ticket records for monthly reporting and audit trails.
Coordinate transport schedules for pickups/drop-offs, including airport transfers for international visitors, and liaise with travel agencies for confirmations, cost approvals, and documentation.
Handle administrative errands such as mail dispatch, courier deliveries, document submissions, and light purchasing tasks (event or office supplies).
Assist with facility and fleet management, including service scheduling, vehicle inspections (JPJ/PUSPAKOM), and maintaining insurance or road tax records.
Provide support during company events — logistics setup, movement of materials, and general coordination.
Act as a standby driver during emergencies (medical transport) and participate in company emergency response activities.
Assist with light administrative and office tasks, including updating delivery manifests and visitor logs, organizing documents and storerooms, preparing courier packages, and supporting vendor coordination during transports.
Ensure compliance with customs and transport documentation for cross-border movements and maintain valid personal driving records.
SPM/STPM or equivalent; vocational training in driving/logistics preferred.
Minimum 3 years of driving experience, including transporting executives or VVIPs.

Familiar with routes across Johor Bahru, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur.
Well-groomed, polite, discreet, and trustworthy.
Safety-focused, punctual, discreet (for confidential transports), proactive in monitoring/updating on visitor/flight status, and adaptable to manufacturing shift patterns.
Defensive driving certification from MIROS or similar.
Familiarity with appointed flight booking platforms (AirAsia, Traveloka, Malaysia Airlines) and cross-border ticketing (Senai–Singapore).
