Role Overview

TopNotch HR Consulting Firm – Kuala Selangor, Selangor

The Change/ Comms Manager reports to the Organisational Change Lead and delivers the change activities including impact assessment, learning needs analysis, development and execution of training and communication to ensure successful implementation of IT and HR led transformation programs. On top of delivering change management for these programs, the Change Manager will also support the Lead in internal capability building and drafting of communications for new IT and HR initiatives. This role will work with different teams within GTS, HR and focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and facilitate regular and effective communication (through a variety of modes) to relevant project stakeholders to engage and build understanding of the change
  • Organise meetings, events and activities that help to generate stakeholder interest and buy‑in for proposed changes
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and change readiness activities
  • Design and deliver the change and adoption plans for GTS and Grab‑wide projects by engaging influential change agents across functions and countries
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis, develop competency framework and learning roadmap for the design and delivery of training for projects and GTS internal development
  • Run surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure adoption and understand stakeholder concerns and pain points
  • Apply a structured organisation change management methodology and design the templates, playbook and other collaterals needed for the successful conduct of change management activities
  • Work and coordinate comms and engagement activities with Business Leaders, different People Operations (Pops) teams e.g. Org development, learning, Business Partners, Talent Acquisition etc. to support the rollout and adoption of our internal talent marketplace
Qualifications
  • 4‑5 years of relevant experience working on organisation change management, communications and training for large scale projects and business transformation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to write and design change communications
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and break down complex and abundant information into bite‑sized, digestible chunks
  • Strong organisation and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Adept at working with different departments (IT, HR, Finance, Engineering) etc. to deliver business outcomes and build buy‑in for change
  • Strong experience and knowledge of organisation change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with limited supervision
