Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Material Planning.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, root cause analysis, quality and technical elements.
• Familiar with supplier sourcing, purchase order processing, and basic contract or price review.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and program-based procurement environments will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities to support operational requirements.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procurement best practices.
• Support contract negotiation and supplier onboarding activities.
• Coordinate supplier capability and capacity assessments, monitor delivery performance, and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain proper procurement documentation and support continuous improvement of procurement processes.
