Job Description

We are seeking a talented Technician, Commissioning that is familiar with Solar, Manufacturing & Semiconductor industries best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in fine tuning and quality assurance processes within the manufacturing industry. This role involves ensuring the functionality, reliability, and safety of our machines through rigorous testing procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional testing and performance evaluations of newly manufactured machines.
  • Develop testing protocols and procedures to validate machine functionality and quality.
  • Analyze test data and identify areas for improvement in machine performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the testing phase.
  • Perform calibration and adjustments to machine components to meet specified tolerances and standards.
  • Document test results, observations, and recommendations for further enhancements.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input based on testing and tuning experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance standards throughout the testing process.
Job Qualifications
  • TEVT or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Testing, Tuning Engineer or similar role in the machine manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with PLC, CAD software for design analysis is preferred.

Basic knowledge or exposure to Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
