Qualifications

  • Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve menu items as per production requirements.
  • Ensure operations run smoothly according to SOP.
  • Perform cleaning duties and ensure sanitation.
  • Receive deliveries and verify product quality.
  • Take inventory of supplies and notify supervisor of low stock.
  • Discard expired food items appropriately.
  • Present meal items as instructed by the Sous Chef.
  • Carry out other duties as required by management.

Responsibility
  • Prepare and serve menu items (bagels, all day breakfast, pasta & sourdough pizza) in accordance with production requirements.
  • Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly accordance to the SOP
  • Perform basic cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations and kitchen are properly sanitized.
  • Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
  • Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
  • Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
  • Plating and presenting meal items as per the Sous Chef instructions.
