We’re looking for a hands‑on Videographer & Photographer who is confident behind the camera, understands lighting and post‑production, and can translate brand and marketing objectives into strong visual content. This role covers commercial contents (photos and videos), on‑site, product photography, and interior shoots, with a strong focus on visual quality, consistency, and storytelling across digital platforms.
🎥 What You’ll Do
📸 Production & Shooting
- Plan, set up, and execute high‑quality photo and video shoots for product campaigns, lifestyle content, interior spaces, corporate branding, client projects, product photography and live events.
- Capture product & interior photography and videography with attention to composition, lighting, depth, and spatial storytelling.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and basic audio equipment with confidence to deliver professional and consistent results.
- Set up studio‑style shoots, including talking‑head videos, interviews, and branded content.
- Capture content optimised for digital platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, XiaoHongShu, and paid ads.
- Ensure shoots run smoothly, efficiently, and according to creative direction and timelines.
💡 Pre‑Production & Creative Planning
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and content angles.
- Translate campaign goals and marketing objectives into clear visual executions.
- Plan shooting approaches for different content types, including lighting direction, camera angles, and visual flow.
- Research trends, platform formats, and competitor content to keep visuals relevant, modern, and performance‑driven.
🎬 Editing & Post‑Production
- Edit and assemble videos and photos that align with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio cleanup, and photo retouching for a polished finish.
- Enhance content with accurate color balance, perspective correction, and lighting consistency.
- Add subtitles, graphics, and simple motion elements to improve clarity and engagement.
- Prepare and export final assets for different platforms while maintaining visual and brand consistency.
🧩 Who We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- Diploma / Degree / Professional Certification in Multimedia, Film, Creative Arts, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (for teamwork and content needs).
Technical Skills
A portfolio demonstrating strength in:
- Commercial short form content & project including product/food/interior and etc.
- Product photography & videography.
- Corporate, branding, or event coverage.
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software.
- Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop.
- CapCut.
🌟 Bonus Advantage
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve (color grading, node‑based workflows, Rec.709 conversion).
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted or generative AI tools for editing, image enhancement, content ideation, upscaling, masking, or workflow optimisation.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, or simple animations.
- Understanding of lighting techniques and basic audio handling.
