Job Description:
  • Service customer's order as primary customer/site contact for assigned accounts.
  • Execute Demand Planning processes, ensure customer forecasts are received regularly within agreed periods per contracts, analyzed, entered into CRM, ERP system and communicated to site team.
  • Create and manage sales orders in the ERP, CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal team to ensure On Time Delivery of orders – Interaction includes but not limited to Master Scheduling, Quality and Warehouse teams.
  • Understand Supply Agreement terms, ensure customer is billed appropriately for all products and services provided.
  • Lead the construction, documentation, maintenance of commercial models in CRM, Excel and similar data tool.
  • Support Marketing and Operations areas, providing high quality analysis and recommendations through FCA&DAP process and ad hoc.
  • Responsible for driving the overall execution of customer service contract and warranty loading into all applicable processes including pull in, push out and cancellation to existing contracts.
