Job summary

A global materials science company is seeking a Commercial Manager in Kuala Selangor, Malaysia. Job Description

The Commercial Manager position has oversight and accountability for the management, growth and profitability of the ASEAN Graphics Solutions business.

About Your Role

This position is responsible for:

  1. Executing growth strategies to enable our Distributors & Converters to meet growth and profitability targets across our Automotive & Sign markets.
  2. Directly managing key Distribution Accounts in Malaysia and Singapore through exceptional customer service and uncovering new growth opportunities.
  3. Coaching, driving and supporting our sales organisation to meet commercial objectives driven by sales excellence rigor leveraging strong experience within Salesforce.com & pipeline management best practices.
  4. Engaging and leveraging networks within the Automotive & Sign industry by building strong relationships with Distribution Partners, Automotive Dealership Group and Branding/Specification Partners (project managers, architects, designers and brand agencies).
  5. Driving increased customer satisfaction and leveraging our valued added services and pre and post sales initiatives to enable market share.
  6. Managing pricing guidance and profitability in line with business expectations.

The Commercial Manager is expected to spend 60% of their time in the field to address growth opportunities/ issues and drive key strategies aligned with their key accountabilities.

Qualifications
