Job Description

Act as point of contact from Operations to internal Client Ops and Customer Success Leaders commercial leaders (including the Country MD / external clients where applicable) to lead and drive the operational delivery of our client offering. Leads a team of country functional managers.

Client Solutioning
  • Advocate of Operations, to provide solutions that meet the client's needs and which are at the same time cost-effective and technically sustainable.
  • Responsible for making decisions on behalf of operations for the country.
  • Has breadth of Operations E2E knowledge regarding the production processes and client knowledge to be able to handle discussions with client Ops in regard to possibilities and limitations of Nielsen solutions
  • Accountable for the agreed service level (quality, allocation of data) to be satisfied / surpassed, and the commitment to the client to be satisfied/ exceeded.
  • Drives Operation Processes with Quality and On time Delivery as per Global KPIs
  • Drives Standardization and Harmonization of processes across the region as per Global SOPs
  • Delivers on Global Productivity targets including RUN and other Global initiatives
Team Management
  • Plans and controls resource allocation to optimize the “operations service” to clients
  • Manages initiatives to deliver efficiency and productivity to the company
  • Expected to coach and develop the team, monitor individual performances and identify talents or low performers
  • Acts as an escalation point for the country team and constantly reviews and assesses team's KPIs periodically
  • Meets clients to conduct client health check on operations
Qualifications
  • Preferable MBA Graduate with minimum 12-15 years' experience.
  • Effective leadership and technically sound.
  • Experienced manager large team size in Operations - preferably team of 100 and above.
  • Excellent People management skills and communication skills.
  • Market research experience/industry (highly preferred) -Ops / Customer Success / Commercial Leaders
